Tania Anstiss, Senior Advisor - Parenting Programmes

Tania is a Clinical Psychologist and leads the Werry Workforce Wharaurau Parenting Team. Tania provides overall strategic guidance for The Incredible Years® and Triple P projects. Tania is an Incredible Years® accredited Mentor and Peer Coach, as well as an accredited Primary Care Triple P practitioner. Tania provides:

  • Incredible Years® basic training, accreditation workshops, peer coaching, Consultation days and Mentor accreditation reviews
  • Mentoring of Incredible Years® Accredited Group Leaders, Peer Coaches and mentors in training to ensure sustainability of the programme across New Zealand
  • Development of cultural enhancements to the Incredible Years® programme in partnership with experienced Group Leaders to maximise the benefits for all whānau
  • Consultation to services/agencies and group leaders regarding implementation of evidence based parenting programmes
  • Liaison and consultation with Incredible Years® Seattle
  • Strategic development and planning around evidence based parenting programmes

Lisa Glynn, Incredible Years® Project Manager

Lisa is an Accredited Group Leader and Peer Coach for the Incredible Years® Parent Programme and joins Werry Workforce Wharaurau as the Incredible Years® Project Manager. She has completed a Master's degree in Applied Social Work with Massey University and is a Registered Social Worker. With a particular interest in supporting parents and families, Lisa is experienced in the delivery and development of social service support and has worked as a Social Worker within community agencies. Lisa’s role includes:

  • Coordination of The Incredible Years® project
  • Management of The Incredible Years® accreditation process
  • Responding to general enquiries regarding Incredible Years®
